Free calculators give you numbers and one-line descriptions. NumerologyPortal weaves your numbers together with your actual life context — your current situation, challenges, and goals — to create a multi-page narrative that reads like it was written by someone who knows you. We use advanced AI to generate truly unique, non-templated content.

At minimum, you'll need your full birth name (as given at birth) and your date of birth. For relationship and group portraits, you'll need this information for each person included. Our questionnaire also asks about your current life context to make the portrait more relevant and personalized.

After completing the questionnaire and checkout, your portrait is generated within 2-5 minutes. You'll receive an email notification when it's ready, and you can view it anytime in your dashboard.

Each portrait includes: a comprehensive analysis of your numerological profile (13+ calculations), a personalized narrative interpretation connecting your numbers to your life context, current cycle and timing analysis, actionable reflections and insights, and a beautifully formatted PDF download.

Because each portrait is uniquely generated for you and cannot be resold, we do not offer refunds after generation has begun. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery, please contact us and we'll make it right.

The Pythagorean method (also called Western numerology) maps letters to numbers 1-9 and uses your name and birth date to calculate core numbers like Life Path, Destiny, Soul Urge, and Personality. It's the most widely used and well-documented numerology system in the Western world.

Yes — relationship and group portraits naturally include multiple people. For individual portraits, you can enter someone else's information during the questionnaire. Just make sure you have accurate birth name and date information.

Your personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Clerk for secure authentication and never share your data with third parties. Portrait content is stored securely and only accessible to you through your authenticated account. You can permanently delete all of your data at any time by tapping your profile avatar in the header and selecting "Delete Account".

Master numbers are 11, 22, and 33 — double-digit numbers that aren't reduced further because they carry heightened symbolic weight in Pythagorean numerology. 11 is the intuitive teacher, 22 the master builder, and 33 the master healer. If your Life Path or Destiny reduces to one of these, your portrait will note it explicitly.

Karmic debt numbers (13, 14, 16, and 19) are flagged when they appear in your core calculations before final reduction. They're traditionally read as patterns or lessons that recur until acknowledged. Our portraits surface them honestly without alarmist framing — they're context, not a verdict.

Your Personal Year is calculated from your birth month, birth day, and the current calendar year. It cycles through 1–9 and is used to describe the theme of the year you're in. Standard portraits include your current Personal Year; Premium portraits add the surrounding cycle for context.

Your birth name (the name on your original birth certificate) drives your Destiny, Soul Urge, and Personality numbers — those don't change. A current legal name, married name, or chosen name can be analyzed as a separate "current name" overlay that shows how you're actively presenting in the world. Both lenses can appear in your portrait.

Standard portraits are 6–8 sections written by Claude Sonnet and cover the core narrative end-to-end. Premium portraits are 10–12 deeper sections written by Claude Opus, with more cross-number synthesis, deeper cycle analysis, and richer reflection prompts. Both include the same underlying calculations.

Astrology uses the position of celestial bodies at your birth; numerology uses the numbers derived from your name and birth date. Both are symbolic interpretive systems, not science. If astrology is a sky map, Pythagorean numerology is a name-and-date map — same kind of self-reflective tool, different inputs.

Pythagorean numerology assigns letters to numbers 1–9 in alphabetical order and is the dominant Western system. Chaldean numerology uses a different (older, sound-based) letter-to-number map and is generally considered more arcane. Yes — every portrait includes a free, branded PDF download generated server-side. The PDF preserves section structure, pull quotes, and the numerology grid, and is suitable for printing or saving to your personal archive.

Yes — we generate full audio narration of each portrait using OpenAI's TTS. Premium portraits include longer-form narration; you can stream it in your dashboard or download it for offline listening.

Use the name on your original birth certificate. If your birth certificate name differs from what you were called as a child, prefer the certificate version — that's the canonical input for Destiny, Soul Urge, and Personality. If a portion is genuinely lost, enter your best-known full name and note the uncertainty in the questionnaire.

If you know your original birth-certificate name, the traditional reading uses it as the foundation. Your post-adoption legal name can be analyzed as a current-name overlay. If only the post-adoption name is available, use it as your birth name — the system is symbolic and works with whatever "birth name" actually means in your story.

Standard portraits run roughly 6–8 sections (about 2,500–4,000 words). Premium portraits run 10–12 deeper sections (about 5,000–8,000 words) with richer cross-section synthesis. Both are designed to read in a single sitting or to revisit one section at a time.

If a portrait fails to generate or is clearly off-base (wrong inputs, technical glitch), contact us and we'll regenerate it. We don't offer free regenerations for stylistic preferences alone — each generation costs real compute — but we want every customer to feel the portrait actually fits them, so reach out if it doesn't.

Portraits are currently generated in English only. Multi-language support is on the roadmap; if it's important to you, let us know which language so we can prioritize.

No — the free Pythagorean numerology calculator is fully public, no sign-up required. You only create an account when you want to purchase or redeem a full portrait, save results, or revisit your dashboard later.

You buy a gift, pick a category and tier, and pay; we issue a redemption code (and a shareable link). The recipient signs in, redeems the code, fills out the questionnaire, and the portrait generates for them. They — not you — choose the specific portrait at redemption time.
